Tax Shelter 403(b) Information
- The maximum amount an employee can contribute to a 403(b) retirement plan for the calendar year of 2025 is $23,500.
- If you're 50 or older, you can contribute an additional $7,500 as a "catch-up" contribution, bringing your contribution total to $31,000.
- If you are 60-63 years of age, you can do a "Super catchup" by contributing an additional $3,250 for a total maximum of $34,750.
- If you are age 64 or older the total contribution goes back to $31,000.
