Paperwork Burden Reduction Act - 1095-C

In Accordance with the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act that was passed in December 2024, we are no longer required to send the 1095-C form via USPS.  This coupled with the elimination of the health care penalty in 2019, this form is no longer needed to file your yearly taxes. If you would still like to have a copy of your personal 2024 1095-C, please follow one of the two steps below:
