November 19, 2021

Dear Roberts Parents/Guardians,

Please see below some important updates/reminders:

Schedule Reminder for Next Week

Next week, we will have a 12:00PM dismissal on November 22nd and 23rd. On November 24th, students will be dismissed at 2:00PM. There will be no school on November 25th and 26th.  Classes will resume again on Monday, November 29th.

For the 2021-2022 school year, we will be utilizing My Conference Time online scheduling system to arrange for parent/teacher conferences.  Conferences will be held on November 22nd and 23rd via Zoom.  Please go to this link in order to review the date you registered for conferences. With regard to the procedures for conferences, we ask that parents/guardians be only in attendance unless you have arranged with your child’s teacher that your child be present for conferences.  Additionally, we ask that you please be respectful of the time for your conference in order that all parents/guardians are able to receive the conference time, which was allotted to them.

With reference to accessing Zoom for conferences, parents/guardians may use their own device and/or log on with their child’s iPad (student iPads will be sent home for conferences). Should you choose to use your child’s iPad to log on to Zoom for conferences, parents/guardians should log in by clicking on the Zoom link through the Schoology application on the student’s iPad.  Please click on this link (Using School iPad for Conferences Directions.pdf) to receive more information on how to log on to Zoom on your child’s iPad through Schoology. All student iPads must be returned each day when students come to school and all iPads must remain in school on November 24th.

If parents/guardians are choosing to use their own device to sign on to Zoom for conferences, the information to log on to Zoom can be accessed through the My Conference Time scheduling system. Finally, parents also have the option to log in to a Zoom meeting by dialing in by phone.

Thank you very much for your time and I hope that you and your family have a great weekend!

Dr. Grazel
