New for the 2016-17 School Year. All grades K-8 will be utilizing the My Conference Time online scheduling system to arrange for parent/teacher conferences.
The online system will go live for the March 9th and March 14th Parent/Teacher conferences on Feb. 21st at 7:00am. Parents can sign up for an appointment with their child's teacher after that time.
My Conference Time goes live on Monday, Feb. 21st at 7:00 am.
Parents can adjust the time of their conference up until the day before the scheduled conference.
Parents will need to contact the teacher directly if there are any changes after that date.
March 9th conferences will close down for sign ups by parents on March 8th at 8:00am
March 14th conferences will close down for sign ups by parents on March 13th at 8:00am

Parents who have more than one child in a building
should pay close attention to the multiple conferences feature of the system. Tutorials can be found here.
The multiple conference feature can be used by parents who have 2 or more children in ONE building.
Parents who have children at the elementary and the middle school will need to schedule conferences through each individual building link.
The building links above will enable parents to use any Internet connected device (smart phone, tablets, laptop, desktop) to sign up for a conference time.
