I am a graduate of Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania where I received a BSEd in Social Studies Education. I also have a Master's degree in Transformative Education and Social Change through West Chester University. Currently, I hold certifications in Social Studies, Technology Education, and have a certificate in Instructional Technology.
This is my sixth year teaching Technology in the Upper Merion School District and I am passionate about my subject. I am pleased to have previously taught in the Upper Darby School District as a high school and middle school teacher. I have taught a wide variety of courses within my discipline and have experience teaching Wood Shop, Small Engines, Energy, Power & Transportation, Aerospace, Graphic Arts, and Technical Design. I am also the Seaperch Robotics coach.
I am a huge proponent of STEAM problem-based learning and plan to challenge my students with real-life scenarios that are relevant to the Upper Merion community. I am excited to start my new journey at Upper Merion High School and can’t wait to begin the 2022-2023 school year!
