Dear Upper Merion Parent:

This website has been designed to allow you to review specific information that is directly related to the introduction of SB/HB 76. As you may or may not be aware, this Bill is associated with the removal of property taxes only as they are related to school districts. Additionally this Bill seeks to increase the personal income tax and increase items to be taxed that currently are exempt from taxation. This Bill is not local but is being introduced State wide and will have a great effect on the way in which our school district will operate if passed.
