Allison Pymer 

Hello! I'm excited to be back from maternity leave for this school year and finally be in our beautiful new building! This year I will be working with Ms. Trish Brower covering students in the Class of 2023 (12th grade) and the Class of 2025 (10th grade). Specifically, I have students with last names starting with L-Z. 

 

In addition to counseling, I coach and am one of the UM Link Crew Coordinators. Link Crew is an amazing program to support our 9th graders as they transition to high school. I am thrilled to work alongside Mrs. Miller and Mr. Taylor-Storm to keep this program going. I also enjoy coaching field hockey and lacrosse. I am the assistant field hockey coach at Perk Valley High School. This past summer I had a baby girl so I'm enjoying all the time I can get with her, but when I have free time I enjoy working out, cooking, watching Philadelphia Flyers games and getting to the beach as much as possible. 

 

Prior to my time at Upper Merion I served as a long term substitute at Great Valley High School and Wyomissing Area Jr./Sr. High School. I hold a B.S. in psychology from High Point University and a M.S. in secondary school counseling from Villanova University.
