      Mrs. StaleyWelcome

Teaching Experience: I began teaching high school science in Baltimore through Teach for America 24 years ago and have been in the classroom ever since.  I have taught in a wide variety of schools, including the American School of Milan in Italy and Henderson High School in West Chester, PA.  This is my tenth year teaching at Upper Merion Area High School.

Education: In 2001, I earned my bachelor of science degree with a double major in biology as well as environmental science from George Washington University.  I then earned my master's degree in secondary science education from Johns Hopkins University in 2003.

Personal: My husband is an ESL/English teacher and my older daughter is going into eighth grade while my younger daughter is going into fifth grade this year.  I enjoy traveling, gardening and all things related to marine biology.
