     Since I was in the fifth grade I loved to draw, paint and make things. I knew that one day I would work in the Arts. After graduating from the University of Arts where I studied Illustration and Art Education, I landed my first job as a sign painter! I painted many signs (some on scaffolding) throughout Cape May County. Not long afterwards my husband and I moved to Belgrade, Serbia where I had the opportunity to teach at the International School of Belgrade. During that experience, I fell in love with teaching Art. I've been teaching Art in the District since 2004, the first twelve years at the Elementary level and currently at the Middle School.
