Welcome to Third GradeMy name is Mrs. Karen Kulp and I am looking forward to a wonderful 2024-2025 school year! This year will be filled with many new and exciting things to learn. This will be my twenty-third year teaching at Roberts Elementary School. I received my Bachelor's Degree from Shippensburg University in Elementary Education and my Masters from West Chester University in Literacy. In addition, I have completed some coursework credits beyond my masters to further my teaching career.I would love to share a bit more about myself. My husband and I have a nineteen-year-old son named Nate and a sixteen-year-old son named Max. Both of my boys are active in travel soccer and swim team. My older son Nate is off to Virginia Tech this year to study computer engineering! I also have a yellow labrador named Callie and a lab/pit mix named Ridley. This summer we had a fun time visiting several National Parks out west. We went to see the Grand Tetons, Yellowstone, and Glacier National Park. It was beautiful there! I can't wait to share some of that with you.In third grade, we all work together to provide a challenging, yet fun environment for all students. Along the way, we prepare students to develop the skills they need to succeed to move on to fourth grade.
