Hello and welcome! I'm Janelle Kurtz-Crilley, but you can call me Mrs. K-C. I am incredibly excited for the 2024-2025 school year and eager to dive into all the learning and adventures that await us in 4th grade!

This year marks my 9th year of teaching and my 6th year here at Candlebrook Elementary. I completed my undergraduate studies in Spanish at Arcadia University and earned my Masters of Science in Education from the University of Pennsylvania. Before joining the Upper Merion Area School District, I had the opportunity to teach Learning Support for Kindergarten through 3rd grade in Philadelphia. 

Outside of teaching, I love going on walks with my family, exploring new languages and cultures, spending time at the beach, and reading.
