Hello UMASD Community & Families!

It is an absolute honor to be an Elementary Instructional Coach in UMASD! Having a Bachelor of Science in Education in Early Childhood and Elementary Education (Temple University) and a Master of Education Degree (Cabrini University), I am forever continuing to develop my professional skill sets with the Upper Merion Area School District.

Prior to my official teaching career, I educated/worked with children ranging from the Toddler Age(s) through 5th Grade (Middle School). I am a life-long learner who had the pleasure of educating students in the Norristown Area School District for my first seven years of teaching. With Norristown being my hometown, I gained expertise in building professional relationships that will last a lifetime. In the last five years, I brought and continued to develop classroom management skills, in-depth instructional planning style(s), a collaborative demeanor (and much more) to the Upper Merion Area School District. It has been a gift working with/alongside the administrators, leaderships teams, educators and staff in the UMASD. VIKING PRIDE is STRONG!

As we progress through the upcoming school year, I will begin my new role as an Instructional Coach at the Elementary Level. I am beyond excited to learn and support the brilliant educators in our Elementary Buildings. In doing this, we will build an educational environment that will foster a love of learning and positive learning climate for every student in UMASD.
