Mrs. Jennifer Piro

Thank you for visiting my website. My name is Jennifer Piro and I will be teaching 5th Grade Language Arts and Integrated Science and Social Studies for the Trailblazers team. I have been teaching at Upper Merion Area Middle School since 2018. I graduated from Shippensburg University with a major in elementary education and minors in mathematics and psychology.  I also graduated from George Mason University with a master's in Curriculum and Instruction with a Reading Specialist Certification and West Chester University with an Educational Technology Certificate.  I taught 4th grade in Arlington, Virginia for 5 years.  I am the proud dog momma to a black lab mix, Franklin, and a Pembrook Welsh Corgi, Jackson.  On weekends, you can often find Franklin, Jackson and I at the beach.  I LOVE spending my weekends in Sea Isle City, NJ.  I'm so excited for another excellent year of learning!
