Important Food Service Links

Free and Reduced Meal Program Application

Prior to submitting your application, please ensure you have provided the school with the most up to date contact information (phone number, email address, and mailing address) to ensure accurancy. If you are unsure, please contact the main office of your students school building. 

You will need to set up an account on SchoolCafe.com using your student's 6-digit Student ID #. 

STEP 1: Create Account under the school district Upper Merion Area School District

STEP 2. On the main page, click on "Apply for School Meals". 

STEP 3. Fill out the form, and it will automatically be sent to the Food Service office. You will receive an email and letter in the mail from our department confirming the eligibility status (Free, Reduced, or Paid) of your student(s) based on the application you submitted within 4-5 business days. 

**Please check your spam folder as our notification system can sometimes land in that folder based on cache and blockers.**
