2022-2023-UMAMS One Student One Device Program Guidelines Signature Paper -YELLOW SHEET

2022-2023 school year. This sheet will need to be signed by the student and a parent or guardian and returned to school in order to participate in the One Student One Device iPad Program. This paper (yellow) will be sent home with students. Parents can also download the paper here, print, sign, and return to school.
