Hello!  My name is Mrs. Wartman!  This is my 26th year teaching.  I graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Early Childhood Development and Education.  I also received my Master's Degree from Cabrini College.  I currently live in Upper Dublin with my husband, Greg, and our beautiful daughters Raleigh and Kaelyn.   Easiest way to contact me:  kwartman@umasd.org
