Welcome to my webpage! I am in my 5th year as a Health and Physical Education Teacher at the High School. I am a proud graduate of Upper Merion High School and Penn State University. I was a member of the Penn State Football Team and was fortunate enough to play professional football for 6 years for the Indianapolis Colts. After retiring from football with a shoulder injury, I returned to college at West Chester University to gain my teacher certification and recently received my Master's Degree in Education Development & Strategies from Wilkes University.  I am married with two young daughters.

I look forward to inspiring our youth to enjoy life long physical activity and exercise. I hope to encourage all my students to make safe, healthy choices that promote a healthy lifestyle.
